Returns are eligible for store credit only.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns on new/unworn, unwashed, stain free including (deodorant, makeup, etc.) clothing with the original tags attached within 7 days from when your order was received.
*Orders not eligible for returns:
Sale/clearance items, swimwear, and accessories are final sale.
REQUESTING A STORE CREDIT IS EASY, HERE’S HOW:
*Please email us at info@auraluxeboutique.com and include your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and your reason for returning BEFORE you ship back your item(s). Please wait for an email reply with your instructions on where to send your return. (*please allow up to 72 hours for a return authorization email.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We highly suggest using a trackable shipping label when sending back your items as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive store credit in a form of a egift (electronic) card within 5-6 business days.
You can use your store credit on ANYTHING at auraluxeboutique.com. It NEVER expires.

It’s rare, but mistakes do happen. If you believe you received an incorrect item, please email us at info@auraluxeboutique.com ASAP so we can resolve the issue for you immediately.
WAS YOUR ORDER SENT BACK TO US BY THE SHIPPING COURIER?
In the event your package is refused by you at the time of delivery or returned due to an un-deliverable address, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
